The Quartet
The Resol String Quartet was formed in August 2018 at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, bringing together friends united by their love for this style of music. In a constant pursuit of excellence, these young artists share their joy of music-making and act as ambassodors for chamber music. They are as much at home in educational settings as in concert performances. Past seasons have seen them perform at local community schools, offering subsidised appearances with funding from Creative Scotland, in particular at Oban High School and also at a school in Sussex where they adjudicated the final of their Young Musician of the Year competition.
